Policy of Return on Credit Card Orders

OrderKnight.com is not liable for any orders that are approved by the user. However, if there is a problem with the users order upon pick-up or delivery, the user can send a request for repayment within three (3) business days. OrderKnight.com will confirm with the restaurant that the order was incorrect and upon approval will mail out a check for the disputed amount within ten (10) business days.

Additionally, OrderKnight.com reserves the right to deny any claim based on restaurant confirmation of food delivery. At this point, the user must take up the claim with the restaurant ownership.
